- played warm-up activities and ice-breakers during the morning meeting
- listened to and discussed the origin of Greek gods, starting with Chaos (the beginning of the world) all the way up to Zeus's defeat of Cronus
- learned and practiced new yoga poses (the elephant breath, the triangle, and the two towers)
- concentrated on level-specific grammar instruction (grade 1: initial and final consonants, grade 2: proper and common nouns, grade 3: main and subordinate clauses)
- made tie-dyed milk, learning that food coloring is less dense than milk, so it sits on top of the milk, but that soap reduces the surface tension of the milk by dissolving the fat molecules (the surface area of the milk has a higher surface tension, so it pull the surface away from the spot where the soap was dropped in, creating a "tie-dyed" effect)
- started our experiment on creating sun-dried raisins
