Today the elementary students:
Pancakes are yummy

- played the warm-up game "Chair Swap" during the morning meeting
- learned and practiced a new yoga pose (double down dog) along with previously learned poses
- concentrated on level-specific grammar instruction (grade 1: long vowels, grade 2: noun phrases, grade 3: pronouns)
- continued writing in our summer camp notebooks by writing down the recipe for pancakes
- made pancakes with our new recipe
- practiced our summer camp poem
- listened to and discussed the story, "Goldilocks and the Three Bears"
